Servostaker™ can heatstake plastic parts with ZERO force and provide staking or inserting to repeatable accuracies to +/- .0001” and trigger force measurements as small as 1/10 oz. increments and apply staking forces up to 12,000 lbs or more when needed. Multiple choice parameters for processing applications include five digital timer functions, multiple programmable distance controls for both head advance and retract distance and multiple head speeds, precise force measurements with high speed sampling rates for part presence and location sensing for parts that vary in height and precise preclamping of assembled components to assure proper assembly, alignment and seating of parts have taken place prior to heatstaking.
